The Qualities of an Entrepreneur – My Top 10

Every Entrepreneur has many qualities in common and I have chosen what I know to be the Top 10 qualities and characteristics that exist in all entrepreneurs when they work  in digital marketing .

Think about other entrepreneurs you know, people who have gone on to great success in their lives and think about what keeps them going. Many of them did this against all odds and for many their drive to succeed was borne of necessity and desperation. I believe that when a person is truly desperate, they will do anything to make things better and the power of this determination throws any limiting or limiting beliefs out the window.

All qualities an Entrepreneur has, 1 to 10:

  1. Vision

They know what they want, they see themselves doing it. So they have the ‘What’ and must try to make the ‘Why’ happen. They do this through aggressive networking; It is rare for a true businessman to talk to someone without a purpose. They may not even know they are doing this, their curiosity about people and therefore learning what people want, is just innate in every entrepreneur. So the next time you feel like you’re being interviewed at a social gathering, just think to yourself “is this person just making noise, or is the entrepreneur thinking about their next project?”

  1. Faith

All entrepreneurs have a strong belief in their abilities even though many successful people have said that they often did not know what they were doing on a daily basis. It was their inner faith that encouraged them to succeed, knowing that whatever obstacle they would encounter, they would not face it. The ignorant know that obstacles are what motivates them and think about how to deal with them, and ultimately around or beyond this is their greatest motivation. Their belief, knowledge or otherwise is always what motivates them to start.

  1. Courage – they face fear and just do it

All entrepreneurs have courage although they may not admit this to themselves or to anyone else but they have this in abundance. They may appear confident but underneath they are shaking with nerves and expect but little to take action. That’s what sets an entrepreneur above all others, they keep taking action. Without much time spent studying them, they learn as much as they need to take the right action and just go for it.

  1. Intention & Determination

Every successful entrepreneur has ambition and determination although I would have to say that determination is the leading of the two here. While they are ambitious and ambitious and know they want the best for themselves and their families, just knowing is not enough. The determination, the drive they have to make things happen is what separates an entrepreneur from your average entrepreneur.

  1. Patience & Perseverance

Every entrepreneur has patience and perseverance although entrepreneurs may have this less than other ordinary people. This is because their vision, combined with their faith and determination always pushes them forward to their next goal. All entrepreneurs know however, that success does not happen overnight, they know that it takes hard work and they know that they will make mistakes in the process. What they didn’t do though was lie down and play catch if something didn’t go as planned. They take that obstacle as a learning curve for the next time and use the learning from that to motivate them for their next challenge.

  1. Creativity and Innovation

Entrepreneurs are always creative and innovative. You can even see this behavior in young children. Some children get financial rewards for doing housework, some children get financial help from their parents for doing nothing and some children are going to find ways to earn money for themselves. These are the traders of the future.

  1. Persistence

Entrepreneurs are nothing if not persistent. They know their idea is good and maybe the timing isn’t right, the place isn’t right, their marketing strategy isn’t right but they’ll find a way to make things happen. to be done.

  1. Results-Oriented

Most entrepreneurs don’t take no for an answer. Faced with this answer, they can ask the question “if you know someone who might be interested, who would you suggest I talk to?” etc. They never allow a door to close without the other opening a little. If they can’t find ‘someone does’ they will immediately find ‘someone who knows does’. They are not always guided by dollar signs, but only the main idea of doing that comes with successful results. They will always surround themselves with like-minded people, others who take action and have little time for those who ‘talk the talk’. Show don’t tell should be their motto!

  1. Loyalty

Entrepreneurs need to have integrity and this lack of value would be a small drawback to the true definition of an entrepreneur. Yes they can be ruthless but this may not be intentional to offend people but mainly because they are highly motivated. Because they are very interested in people and learning about them, they treat them with respect because traders know that without the support of people , that is. potential customers, their planned business will never materialize. That is why you see many successful people in this world being described as unassuming, humble, obedient, kind, caring and always willing to strive to help others. You can’t buy those qualities, the natural and genuine entrepreneurs have in abundance.

  1. Customer Focus

Every entrepreneur knows that without their customers there is nothing. Most regular business owners know this as well so what separates the entrepreneur in their approach to customers. What is important is that the entrepreneur values and appreciates each customer; they know the power of ‘word of mouth’ marketing more than any other paid method and this is what they aim for. They want their product or service to be ‘people’s choice of product or service’ for what it does for them, because of the value it gives them more than anything else. They always analyze their competitors and bring something better, which is not expensive but not of high quality and is exactly what their customers want and need at that time. Low budget airline owners are great examples of “put and keep your customer first.” Certainly those in the UK and Ireland who refuse to bow to Government or bureaucratic pressure, put these consumers first.
